All payments are due upon completion of order. If payment is not received or declined, the order will not be placed and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits ownership of any items due to non-payment.
Some parts require professional installation, calibration, alignment, or programming with a scan tool for proper operation. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the part is installed and configured correctly. This includes but is not limited to:
Grid Werks Automotive is not responsible for any labor, programming, calibration, or alignment costs associated with the installation of purchased parts.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition received and in original packaging where applicable.
Accessories Add-On Disclaimer: Any accessories included with a part are add-ons to the sale only and are not warranted and not refundable if found to be non-functional.
Two scenarios determine who covers return shipping and what refund you receive:
If the part you received is defective or broken:
✅ We cover all return shipping costs
✅ Full refund issued upon receipt & inspection
If the part is in good working condition and was mistakenly purchased:
❌ Buyer pays original outbound shipping
❌ Buyer pays return shipping
❌ 20% restocking fee deducted from refund
Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We ship all orders from Palatine, Illinois. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
