Aftermarket Parts & Accessories: Grid Werks Automotive assumes no responsibility for damage to, or caused by, aftermarket parts, accessories, lift kits, suspension modifications, running boards, mudflaps, trailer hitches, custom exhaust systems, or any other non-OEM components installed on the vehicle. Customers are responsible for disclosing all aftermarket modifications prior to service.
Pre-Existing Conditions: Grid Werks Automotive is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing rust, corrosion, rot, deteriorated undercoating, cracked or compromised seam sealer, damaged undercarriage components, or any other conditions present on the vehicle prior to the service date. All services are performed on the vehicle in the condition received.
Corrosion Protection Limitations: Woolwax undercoating and cavity wax services are designed to slow and inhibit corrosion. Results vary based on vehicle age, condition, prior rust damage, road salt exposure, and maintenance frequency. No rust protection product — including lanolin-based formulas — can guarantee complete prevention of corrosion. Grid Werks Automotive makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding corrosion-free results.
Damage Reporting: Any concerns regarding the service performed must be reported to Grid Werks Automotive before the vehicle leaves the property. Grid Werks Automotive cannot accept responsibility for claims reported after the vehicle has been removed from our facility.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Grid Werks Automotive’s total liability to any customer exceed the amount paid for the service rendered. Grid Werks Automotive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or related to the services provided.
