About this part

Used original equipment Ford headlight assembly for the passenger (right hand) side of the 2021-2023 F-150. The factory label reads ML34-13D154-AH — also written ML3413D154AH — and the Ford service number for this application is ML3Z-13008-J. This is the base LOW series halogen lamp with the chrome bezel, built 03/09/21.

Fits

• 2021-2023 Ford F-150, passenger / right hand side
• Halogen headlight trucks with the chrome bezel lamp, typically XL and XLT

Does not fit

• Trucks built with factory LED headlights
• The Tremor trim, which uses a different assembly
• 2024 and newer F-150, which changed to a different headlight in the front end refresh

Check this before you order

There is a white label on the top of your existing headlight. If it does not read ML34-13D154-AH, this is not your part. Ford fitted several different headlamps to this generation of F-150 and they are not interchangeable, so matching that label is far more reliable than going by year and model alone.

Condition

Used and functional. Two mounting tabs are broken — see the photos, which show the actual part you will receive. The lens and housing are otherwise sound with normal wear for a used part. The bulbs are not included.
