Fits

2013-2016 Ford Fusion sedan, front driver (left) side, black / Ebony belt.

Does Not Fit

Passenger (right) side – that side uses the DG93-54612D64 belt. Does not fit the 2017-2020 Fusion, which uses a different belt (HG9Z series). Not for rear seats.
