Definitions

Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.

Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.

Goods or services refers to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order for with the seller.

Payment

All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.  We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  We also accept Paypal & Venmo as a form of payment.  

 

 

Returns

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 544 W Colfax Ave St, Unit 2, Palatine IL 60067

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

 

Complaints

Any complaints about items or the seller should be submitted to our support team. Please email: sales@gridwerkautomotive.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact.

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
 
Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner’s state.

 We have no personal information unless you provide it by entering an order on our website, subscribing to our newsletter, filling out a service request form of any nature, or sending a booking request. We do not purchase personal information from third parties. We store customer names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers so we can fill your order, find your order if you ask about it, contact you about your order if necessary, and so you can use Remember Me instead of typing your address again to place a new order. You also may use Accounts to store addresses and vehicle lists, and to delete them. All personal information is stored in the United States. We do not store credit card numbers. Our catalog uses a “cookie” to identify contents of your shopping cart. You may place an order even if you block “cookies” in your browser (unless your bank or PayPal requires their own “cookie” to process your payment). If you close your browser before a purchase and “cookies” were blocked, cart contents will be lost. We contact you by telephone only if necessary to process your order & contact for services or item delivery. We may use your email address to tell you about discounts, promotions, newsletters or other events. . Orders cannot be deleted. We do not share information with anyone except when necessary to process your order (such as telling a carrier where to deliver) or when otherwise required (such as a warranty claim, product recall, or tax audit).
